Was looking at the prices of the ferries. Cheapest was the chunnel: only 39€ for a mh 5m long (allways forget the bike rack ) YES YES !!!
But ....I have to pay extra for the dogs (2 Parson Jack Russels): according to them these are great dogs (thrue): 20m long and 3m high  ... only a surplus of 79€ per dog
I wonder what they charge for an elephant ? Or should I trade them in for 2 mice
Does anyone know where I can find an 'amfibyous' mh ?

Get onto the Kennel Club and send the Chunnel people the K.C. standards for a Parson Russel.
Having read their definition 20m long - that would be one heck of a Sausage Dog! It sounds to me like they have got their sizes very badly mixed up.

Does anyone know where I can find an 'amphibious' mh ? Yes - CLICKY :D

Bold If they really were that size, you'd want one heck of a poo bag to clear up after the Brutes :D ROTFALMBO

That was the plan. But it seems there is allways something coming in between.
But one day ???

to change the subject

i noticed last week aproaching a service area just south of ghent a new information sign amongst the others ,,fuel,,ectera was a picture of a tree with a man peeing at it
i assume as there were no toilets at the aires it was telling us not to pee against the wind by the time i found the camera we had passed it
as you have shown us some of your belgian humerous signs before have you a photo of this one as no one belives me when i tell them

I'll do my best Terry. But it is so damned difficult, in this country, to make the difference between fiction and reality, let it be laughing or crying
:rolleyes::D
By the way the sign could also say: 'please sprinkle this new forest' or 'first attempt for upgrade to 'manneken pis"' LOL

Hi, Leo, did you get a price for the ferry trip from Holland to Newcastle?

If you took this route we would have the flags out on your arrival and your welcoming party could be the Northumbrian Minders:eek::D.

This route would land you on the borders of Scotland and save you the long drive North from Dover.

Thanks Lenny, much apreciated.:)
All sorts of things came between and we are expected in Brittany in May (LITTLE Brittany, not GREAT ...)So you can take your ease for this spring.:p
In June we're off again to the north; maybe the Swedish island Gotland.
Next year to Scotland, who knows ? ('bij leven en welzijn') But someday, somehow
Regards
Leo
