who say's u cannie add herbs and butter on the barbi..thats what the tin foil is for... it holds in the juices,add anythin u like.. fire it on the barbi...mmm,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,mmmmmmmmmmmm c'mone..u know yi want tiiiiii:eek::eek::eek:
 
when we were staying in wester ross,a few years ago, we fished the lochans above gruinard. superb. also off the rocks we caught a superb pollock which fed 7. fried in batter. never tasted anything so good

To get the earthy taste out of fish; split them open and fill them with course cut marmalde. Cook the fish with the marmalde in them. I thought that it was wind-up when some one told me but it does work really well.
