Hi, Like a few others on this site I have been checking my Garmin UK overnight stops via Google earth since it went fully UK live. So far I have lost 8 due to the almost ubiquitous NO overnight parking signs that have appeared since I last used a particular location. Buuut on the other hand using street view I have zoomed in on a couple of likely spots that have not yet been targeted. It’s just a matter of staying one jump ahead as the frog said to the French chef.

Hi, Finally finished checking my stopovers on google street view. Lost 16, only 345 left. On checking my pub stopovers, some of which are listed on this forum I see that the new inn, Longsdon near Leek has a " for sale sign" & is fenced off. Anybody know about this, or have I missed a thread on it ? I think google street view is about a year old.
