my ignition keeps popping out!!
when I press it down to ignite it sticks down.
I pull the front off the gas fire and re fit it and try again
last's a couple of goes then I have to take the front off again and push the thing up and put the button back on.
Why does it keep coming out.
I will be on gas at easter so if no quick fix I will have to stay off the wine so I can get it to work.
It's the ignition bit that drops down off the button.
I'll just have to have get it to ignite and leave it on all the time when I manage to light it seeing they have forcassed SNOW for easter weekend
 
Not sure which heater you've got - some of the Carvers have a rod connecting the igniter button to the piezo unit inside the heater. It's possible for the rod to get a little bent, causing the button to stick.
