Hi Paul, we used to use and have several friends still use a company called Marina car rentals. I take it you have someone coming over and require a car from airport? The company is based in Lagos but they leave the car with key on sun visor normally in car park 4 so no need for queuing and filling in forms etc. then on return just leave in same place. They are normally pretty competitive and if you see cheaper they should match.

I hire cars quiet a lot and now a days usually use Goldcar. Did hear recently that they have a high number of complaints but never had any problems, in fact I’m in Spain now and have one. For any of the companies take out car hire excess insurance before you go, I have an annual one at £34py, and refuse there extortionate insurance at the desk ignoring their sales talk.
