A few months ago I got a price for my car from We Buy Any Car.....£7k. Next I tried a local used car dealer, he offered £8300. Two dealers later one guy offered me £9k. I told him what I’d already been offered, he said he worked on making £500 profit and that he’d retail my car for £9950.
So, had I sold it for much less, someone somewhere was going to make a very profit.
As it turned out, I was given ten months delivery time for a new car, so decided to keep the old one.
