car boot / market

Ive been busy this week, making garden planters to replenish
the stock, which I sold last week
imagine selling garden planters in february!
Its a large open air market/car boot
and I feel sorry for the folk sitting freezing on their car boots
while I, in the camper have the fire on & a pot of coffee on the stove
anyone else take the camper to a car boot?

I do the odd car boot Sundown its great in a van we made the lady on the next stall cups of tea to keep the cold at bay.

I've never been a seller but often thought about it, and the camper would come in very handy,just wind out the awning, maybe ad the side walls, 6 foot table with my junk displayed and off we go,if it,s not selling then make it BOGOF,IF that does'nt work then have it for free,just take it
It would be an experience

its amazing what you can sell at a car boot sale
I remember when andy was about 17
I loaded all the junk out of the house & garage into the van
and sent him off to the local car boot, promising him half of what he got for it.
he returned after two hours and handed me £60
and that was my half share of what should have been binned

I always have a good laugh at the booty its a grand day out and even better if its good weather I would advise anyone to give it a go its a real tonic if you dont take it to serious, if you are game for a laugh like you Lenny give it a try mate

I agree its a great way to spend a sunday
I love the banter & the haggling
cant think of a better way to spend a sunday!
and no lenny I didn't give him it back
all good things come to he who earns it!
