Can't find my Webasto Fuses in my Chausson 640 2022!

We bought a Chausson 640 and are out enjoying it - however, the temps have dropped and we'd like to use our Webasto heater. Turns out, you shouldn't run the Webasto with a quarter tank because you risk locking yourself out, which we did when testing the system out a few days ago. Now we can't get it to run heat. Manual and online says to reset by pulling out fuses. Seemed like an easy fix - BUT!

We cannot find the fuses for the Webasto anywhere in the Chausson 640! We found this video:
but our heater fuses aren't located there. (mad props to Colin at Tyne Valley, this video is awesome and helpful).

This Chausson was bought in France.

Any ideas on where we could find the fuses? Anyone with the Chausson 640 or similar from France with a Webasto?

Cant you just take the negative connection off the battery for a short while. My older one had a reset button on top/ centre.. just remove the bung and press button. Not sure on new models though.
A webasto might need a few goes to restart when it runs out of fuel. Turn dial to off then to max until it fires up. Best with engine running as it wont start with a low battery

Have you found it ?

If you have it would be helpful to other members if you came back in here and said where abouts it is ?

Hi Folks!
The Chausson 640 2022 from France that we have doesn't have separate Webasto fuses anywhere. But, Thank you for the ideas - I emailed Tyne Valley (who made the video) as well as Chausson. Tyne Valley was amazing and got back to me right away - they suggested that I remove all fuses from the technibox fuse holder, wait 20 min, reinstall and give it a go. Other Youtubes suggest you have to reset the Webasto fuses multiple times to get it to go. We had to pull all and wait 2x. Then it worked! Many thanks to Jeff at Tyne Valley workshop who provided this solution to me really fast - we didn't sleep cold thanks to him!

I heard back from Chausson several days later, they provided this diagram showing how the Webasto fuses link in the technibox fuse box - I believe if you just removed their highlighted fuses and wait 20 min, you would also reset the Webasto. The method from Tyne Valley of pulling all of them also worked like a charm.

I hope this helps anyone else on the internet who is cold and trying to reset their Webasto heater by pulling fuses!
