I know that I said the dash cam would be the last, but can anyone give a home to this mixer? https://www.behringer.com/product.html?modelCode=0601-AAF I've had and used it for years whilst making backing tracks, but now it's just lying here looking sad and dejected. Also there is an Akai S 2000 midi digital sampler too I'll even include several packs of floppy discs too. These both come with user manuals, so if you can give either or both a home I'd be grateful

Is this the stuff I tried to get the musos on the Fretboard forum to look at Peter? Its a crying shame if nobody wants it. No good to me now though sadly.

Hi Barry, the sampler is but the 16 channel mixer has just surfaced

I wonder if its worth trying it on there Peter (The mixer). Someone might make you an offer for it?
Thanks Barry but no. I'm not after money or hassle so if no-one on here can give either or both a home they're off to Bernados charity shop at the weekend

That might be a better option Peter. Should at least be worth £40 for the charity I would think.

Charity shops around here won’t take electrical items, as they have to pay to have them safety checked,
Before they are allowed to sell them

some do take them though.
Of the various ones round here, British Heart Foundation take electricals and send them to a central place for testing. There is also a very large Sally Army warehouse that sells tested electrics. They resell lots of kitchen white goods and TVs for example (they uplifted an old but working Fridge/Freezer from me, for example).
Be worth checking more than one shop.
Maybe some regions have volunteer PAT testers who will do the checks for free?

Just a donation to your favourite charity will suffice, 'cos it's Lent we are dry at the moment-----roll on Easter!! Anyroadup, if your'e serious pm me and I'll put them away until either you are passing Glossop or we meet up somewhere.
Cheers
Peter
