As you come off the ship, head for the parking area at the docks. Safe as any other place for the night. Also 2 minutes from the time you go through the customs area. Police patrol through out the night. No time limit. You have all the time in the world. Have fun ☺☺☺

The toilets at the Calais Ferry Port car park is right at the end in the foot passenger building. It is on the 1st floor. They have showers too.

citi europe next to the tunnel is where i stop overnight, the carpark next to the police station is designated for motorhomes and you can dive in for provisions use facilities as soon as the shopping mall opens in the morning !

Where do you get fuel for Motorhomes at Citi Europe or is it all closed off by height barriers?

not sure if there is any fuel available at the cite europe complex itself [especially out of hours] but there are a number of petrol stations around calais anyway. if you were refering to height barriers in regard to parking up overnight then there isnt, as long as you follow the signs for the coach parking area,it is next to the police station along with the camping car [motorhome] parking area . if you go on the cite europe website [has a english version] along with the list of facilities opening times etc it even gives gps co ordinates etc . if you travel via the shuttle you can see it through the fence . infact what i usually do is not bother parking up this sde of the tunnel at all but just follow the road round when leaving the shuttle in france and rest up there for a while before heading south.

fuel station is below ground level at citi europe. But if you are going North and have enough to get to the Belgium border then wait to fill up there. Great savings on the prices. Yes the overnight stop at citi europe is great and I use every time I go over. also use the toilets and shower facilities in the shopping mart as soon as they open in the morning.

If you are staying in north France - Luxembourg is even cheaper 1.19 Euro per litre yesterday.
