Camping en Liberty--TomTom

There appear to be two aire files that can be down loaded from this site to Tomtom , one has a single icon of a campingcar the other has the campingcar icon plus a tent a "P" and a picnic table , not speaking French myself I dont know which one is best to down load , has anyone experience of this?:

i Camping car - Aires de services, tapes, accueil et autres informations pour utilisateurs de camping carsThis site is straight foward to download aires to most satnavs. It will even update you each month.
Try using your google toolbar for translations.
