The reason for that has to be that the owners weren't littering and emptying their waste all over the place.

There’s really not much to report ****. Vehicle fires are extremely common they happen every day. If this had been a car I doubt if it would have been reported. It looks very much like the van was empty when it caught fire, certainly no one has been injured, if they had this would have been the main headline.
