I am just back from 2 weeks in France touring the South coast (Narbonnes to Colliore) and from Biarritz to La Rochelle and for whole of two week period we used the camperstop book for aires to stop. We found that many of the sites noted in the book now no longer exist!! Which was really frustrating after long journeys. I am writing to Camperstop to advise them of inaccuracy....and will highlight on this section soon the aires concerned. We started to lose faith, although going up the West Coast of France did prove more successful. Be warned!
