hi anthony we bought a new autotrail from simpsons of great yarmouth who incidentally we would buy anything from them . the radio developed a fault because it was a 220 mile trip and living in lincoln it made sense under warranty work to go to camper uk they said we would have to pay the money first and if autotrail paid them we would get our money back. so we did the 220 mile trip and simpsons fix it on problem we have also bought 4 m/h from brownhills with no major problems and allways stay for 2 nights just in case

We bought Burstner - not from Camper UK - we had some small problems that dealer wasn't interested or maybe not competent to do? Anyway we had no faith in them - Camper UK solved the problems for us even though we didn't buy from them - and we would definetly recommend them based on our experience. They appear to be a company who want to do a good job and give good customer care - we will continue to use them and would buy from them
