Cab heater.

So I pulled the dash apart, tested all fuses, relays and made sure power was getting to the motor. Took the motor out and tested this on a battery. Everything was good. I cleaned the contacts and still nothing.
Thought it must be the resistor so tested and was getting power.
Half a day it took me.
Thinking I’m not getting anywhere with it, I left the dash apart and booked it in with a auto electrician.
40 mins later after getting rather baffled with it he found a added fuse on the line which had blown.
All back up and running now.
I can’t believe it was a fuse in a easy place to get too.
Looks like the last owners had done this so they didn’t have to take dash apart to change the fuse.
Oh well, I suppose I know now.
