BULGARIAN house and land,V cheap.

Ok Motorhomers and Wilders,not sure i can put this uphere,but thought it might be of use to a club etc,to use as a base for exploring Bulgaria,Turkey and Greece.
There is no catch to this at all,i live here and i own 3 properties,two of which i want to sell as i'm not as well as i was.
How much you say...very cheap,how about 3/4 of an acre with ruin and electric and water within 30 miles of the Greek/Turkish border,all above board with regulated papers(meaning you can build on any part of 3/4 acre) i am a Brit with the documents...£3000 !!!!!
The other has 1/2 acre with house needing loads of work but again with water and electric,regulated and a view to a huge lake 38kms long,all paperwork etc and regulated £7000 or £8,500 for two and i'll throw in a caravan with shower/toilet etc,so you have somewhere to live while renovating/building or just camping !!So any takers,good God a club could buy between them,even 'Wildcamping for Motorhomes' how about pay £15/£20 and get a part share in Bulgaria !!!

I have seen this post on several forums now so I don't think it can be as good as it might seem, Having said that I am probably being unfair as I have not done any research on living in Bulgaria ,one of the Wombles comes from there doesn't he ??

A mate of mine had his house torched last winter and now moved to Italy. I do not think he has been able to sell what is left of the property either! From what I hear (of course this could apply to Manchester and Liverpool or anywhere else) there are certain areas of Bulgaria where serious crime is rife. Like you, it is conjecture on my part as I really do not have any first hand experience but it is the feel one gets out of snippets from one or other people affected.
