Yes, it's strange how an 'enhanced service/'we've listened to what our customers tell us' and othr marketing BS invariably leads to an inferior service, and/or an increased price ... Or, as one disgruntled passenger in the Commodore Lounge said in eearly April, 'We've just paid £85 extra each for 2 Greasy spoon all day breakfasts' 😡

one part of the change that might be worthwhile is for one year is anyone who has used the service in the past can claim a 50% discount for one years membership , also any bookings made before november are unaffected
