I love this a young girl learning the ropes off her Mum ...the Pilau dish very similar to Afghan bar no sugar ...There is a basic kitchen , Quite frankly the basics you can play about with to your own tastes ....sorry for the length of the video but worth it I think, rice to westerners is a nightmare this is how to get it perfect ..I struggle with rice almost phobic !!! ....Th edish very Afhanish with the carrots ...I use orang ones but what the hell !!...If it tastes good thats the secret .
This is a one dish so ideal to share on the forum, outside on a balmy evening gets no better !! ...romance on my part , I love it....what I love re this clip is the mother and daughter gig, mum passing on the tips fantastic stuff and long may that continue.
There is something about all this that embraces why we love to wildcamp ...good food , good company , what more could you wish for
