I have a 200w folding solar panel that is great putting in 150 watts today , I also have a 100 watt standard solar panel putting out 60 watts today I connected them both in parallel and connected them to my bluetti , the charging imput only rose 160 , what am I missing .

According to this https://solarpanelsvenue.com/mixing-solar-panels/ the output of 2 or more panels in parallel is defined by the one with the lower voltage. If your smaller panel is a lower voltage than the larger then you will see a higher percentage drop than the other way round.
Scroll down the link for worked examples.
Which can have its advantages too. When I bought my new solar/B2B Renogy charger I had a problem which I overlooked before purchase, in that the existing panel's output was around 27vdc but the controller would only accept a max input of 24v, so I added a new 24v panel in parallel so this limited the original panel to a max of 24v too. A small loose of efficiency from the original panel but made up for easily with the new extra panel
