There are folk in all walks of life who spoil it for others,but strange it was spotted by a CAMP SITE owner,maybe the takings are down a tad.
 
Councillor Williams appears to be from a family of long standing campsite owners.

5 Minutes research and I am well following the money on this council.....

Councillor Gruffydd Williams in item 5.12 on the agenda (planning application number C17/1175/42/LL), as his father owned a Caravan Park located less than six miles from the site of this application.

News and papers won't have done as much research you can be sure of that, they just want the headline then duck out
 
You will also find the campsite owner goes to church each sunday and never puts more than 5p in the basket.
But you deprive him of a few bucks and :rulez::cry:
