Belgium E411 AVOID

Just finished driving along the E411 in Belgium, added about four hours to our journey.
They are resurfacing a massive stretch. Either very slow moving or at a standstill. Not sure if for some reason it was particularly bad today.
Thought it worth a heads up if planning to head that way.

Thanks for the heads up. When I went south 4 weeks ago the n carrageway was stopped for miles. Glad you have reminded me not go go back that way.
