belfast anybody been

there is a carpark at Jordanstown. It is just outside Belfast and close to the university....on the way to Larne. There is also a pay site there too.

Motorhome Camping near Belfast.

The Park at Jordanstown is the Loughshore Caravan Park, open all year. The address is Shore Rd Newtonabbey & the 'phone no., is 028 9034 0000. They have 6 pitches and are about 3 miles from Belfast.
For wildcamping try the harbour park at Carrickfergus (10 miles from Belfast & my home town) & is worth a few days alone to discover. Also the shore car park at Whirehead about 4 miles from Carrick. Both are allowed by the council.
Between Carrick & Whitehead is the Ford Farm caravan park.Open all year but you must be a Caravan Club member. The address is 8 Low Road Islandmagee & the 'phone no., is 028 9335 3264.
All the above are on the Co Antrim side of Belfast. I am not overly familiar with the Co Down side but there may be an all year park in Newtonards. (about 8 miles from Belfast). But you can take your pick of suitable large lay-bys to wildcamp without fear.....Regards
