What are your experiences of Leisure batteries compared with normal lead acid batteries?
I must say that I have not been impressed by the real capacity of my two 110 ah as presently fitted to my motorhome. We have all read about the merits of each but What is Your Experience and what will you fit next time.? Lets face it most things in the caravan and boating sector are grossly over rated and overpriced. Just wonder what you all think.

I have bought all of my leisure batteries second hand from a chap who supplies industrial batteries. They are 6volt deep cycle golf cart batteries. Absoluately brilliant just the right thing. No need to fork out for costly so called leisure batteries. A bit of research and you should be able to find a supplier in your area.
