Its heart warming to see that members of the public can see just how unjust these measures are.
Its just a shame that some within our own community don't see likewise.
this figure of 954 vans parked since May creates an illusion of over use.
This equates to an average of 5-6 vans per night in the busiest months of the year.
Surely this should not present any serious issues.

Ooh, I stayed overnight on a nice little spot by the river outside Lincoln and walked in.

I didn't notice anything about the penalty if you do sleep overnight, and it seems they don't like it if you USE the BINS, we can't win, maybe do a WC rally there over a bank holiday weekend.
I did notice the tight barstewards charge even if you have a blue badge, most council carparks don't.
And they charge 24/7 even on bank holidays
We've been to the cathedral a few times, last time was the last time I think.

We tried to stop their over the august Bank holiday didn't realise it was a Steam punk weekend it was absolutely rammed luckily we found the spot outside of Lincoln near the river lovely spot
