Fiat and Merc bio's

Hi. I ran my older ('95) 2.5 Fiat TD Hymer on 100% Bio, including on two foreign hols to France and Germany. No probs at all; same mpg and slightly better performance. Slight drawback that, in traffic, there was more than a hint of chips! Wife and daughter always hungry!! Have since changed to a Sprinter-based vehicle and more due to a shortage of oil than anything else, have only been able to run on approx 25% Bio since we bought it. Got a new supplier now, so will be running a higher blend in future. Only thing to be aware of is that there is a possibility that the bio will clean the muck out of your system and block your fuel filter. I do carry a spare with me.
Tim.
