Awning Light

The awning light on our Sky 650 MEG has stopped working. I have done a few checks. No power getting to the light fitting, fuse is OK but no power getting to the fuse holder. The only sign of life is a clicking sound coming from somewhere near the fuse box/distibution panel when pushing the awning light button on/off at the CBE control panel. Any ideas anyone?
 
The clicking sound usually comes from a relay that is not working properly. In my cases that has been the problem.
 
Thanks. Is replacing a relay easy? I'm not sure I even know where to find it or what it looks like!
 
Normally they just pull up from the fuse box, but where you would find it heaven alone knows.
