WOW that is a great place BUT looks as if someone with a Drone is spying on you Hee Hee :lol-053::lol-053::wave::wave::boat::boat:

Looks like Just outside Plockton overlooking Loch Carron and Stroneferry?

Half way along the road to the ferry at Glenelg...? (Community ferry to Skye)
Dave.

I agree with Dave - can get real busy in the summer (or at least better weather )

Good spot for a stopover?

It looks like the viewpoint on the Glenelg road, looking to Kintail, Inverinate and the Five Sisters of Kintail. you were fortunate to get it to yourselves.
I take it you resolved the LPG lacking on the Hebrides.
Glad you are enjoying some of our favourite locations too.
Catch you in the wind.
Slainte, Growlie and Littlepony.

I was there in June - in my other form of transport - a bit busier then!!
The ferry was closed due to inclement weather.
We gave one of the local Glenelg elderly ladies (she was about 90) a go in the Westfield - it made her day!!
Dave.

Nice but sad.

HI Phil, that is a great view which holds a few sad memories. It is Mam Ratagan overlooking Loch Dulch towards the five sisters of Kintall. I just messaged Alec who confirmed all that information. A few of us parked there for the night a about 3 years back and it was high midgey time. Kaiser my dog started having massive fits there all through the night. We got an appointment at the vets on Skye early the next morning. Unfortunately that was his last night of freedom. We took him to the vets who tried to sort him out but he never came out again.
