anyone else had problems with the avtex 12v tv .. we have found when you play a dvd the lip sinc goes out which is very annoying

I have played DVD films that I have purchased without any problems. I don't know if this helps.

We have one as well, the W152D model. The only problem we've had is the mains transformer has stopped working so its 12 volts only now, but it also means less wires on the tv shelf!

syncronisation problem with DVD
i had a simular issue with my PC try press the palse button then start again, that works on the PC it might work on your tv it sound like the sound is going out of sync

The dvds were shop bought ones so really no excuse .. we had to keep stopping and starting to get the sinc right but after a while it would go back out again .. also we had a sort of fuzzy sound when people spoke at certain times .. we only had it for the van so are constantly running off 12v
maybe we just got a one off .. we've taken it back and instead of replacing it they've sent it to avtex to be repaired
