Hi Gang,
How annoying when you want AutoGas & you arrive at a Garage that often takes you MILES off your rout to find out that -
They Haven’t got any,
They Haven’t sold it for years,
OR
They Never Have !.

So try -
myLPG.eu - Save money save Earth

LOADS of Supposedly VERIFIED places to obtain this stuff, With GPS co-Ordinates & Tel Number.
Might be worth a try !

For example -

All Done & Sorted While Having a Coffee & Planning my Route.

BTW -

WHAT THE BLINKING BUXXERY has happened to Fuel prices since I last Woke up !

Yes,I have found the same.Some of the the garages listed on the fill lpg app no longer sell gas.If one is miles out of the way I always ring the garage first to check they are still selling lpg,it can save a fruitless journey.

Ditto, always ring first, just ask do the have a pump for vehicles. If you mention motorhome, they sometimes assume you want to fill bottles.
 
Another one for ringing as we found out in Scotland a garage listed on that very same app not only didn’t do lpg but the garage was derelict and looked like it had been for a while.
 
i also found that in scotland the garage said it did gas onn the sign when pulled in it had give n it up and had not had money to change the sign
 
How annoying for you both, GRRRR !,

I take it that you both used the Update information box to bring the App information up to date then !,
It might save other users a bit of Trouble!.
& sites like thease often rely on Users to update just like our own POI map details.

Well, I’ve filled up with Fuel & AUTOGAS (For the first time in around 18month) & it’s at Pump no 1&2 they are on your left as you go in & as you might expect there’s PLENTY of room to swing a Motorhome around-

Yeah I know, EXPENSIVE isn’t it,,!

The thing is, I really don’t use that amount of gas at all, I had the opportunity to fill up at a Big convenient forcourt so I thought ‘Ah Well’, it’s actually only say a mug of coffee dearer over the Tank, So !!!
 
Not knowing gas prices, I filled mine locally @65.9 lt.
At Morrisons, Binley Coventry it was 55.9. Only a couple of quid, but lesson learned. Don't buy anything in Northampton, unless you have to.

Shell at Blackymore, A45 Northampton, has LPG. Only if you're desperate.

Thinking out loud, could currently open LPG sites go on our POI's ?

..and for anyone going over the channel it's dearer over there so fill up everything before you leave.
