Hello AS owners
I’ve an 2012 FB, had since September 2017.
I understand that vehicle & leisure batteries are equally maintained by the smart charger. Yes either can be prioritised with the L/V switch. Mine do not stay equal, far from it, over mid March till now the vehicle battery dropped to 3v leisure remains healthy at over 12v.
Batteries tested just before March and okay. Is this fused somewhere if so which & where. It’s with the factory fitted 80watt solar.
AS have told be previously that even in our winter months 80watt should be okay. That however doesn’t explain the different voltages between L/V.
Any other ideas appreciated. Many thanks Graham May

No chance of solar over winter,i have 200w and they die from halloween to about march,a battery which falls below 12v may be stuffed,12.2 is about as low as you should go.
80 w is about 6ah and you should be aiming for 10% of total battery cap.

You have to go into the control panel and make sure it is set to smart charge, so it will automatically charge the battery that needs it most
It is set to smart charge has been so for years.
