Something is draining my new leisure battery when I'm off EHU and I'm stuck for what to do next. Does anyone know of a good auto electrician in East Lothian or thereabouts?

The other side of the water, but Daryl Murdock of Daryl's Auto Electrics has almost 40 years experience, and the determination to find the cause of the problem. When Burstner refused to supply wiring diagrams, citing Dealer Support and Knowledge Base [Dealer said, 'Just pull the fuse and ignore the problem' ...], Daryl spent 5 hours in late November 20021 dismantling my M/Home carefully, and tracing every circuit individually until he located the parasitic drain and reduced it to what he regraded as an acceptable level. I know the extent of the work, because, aware of the mounting Bill, I told hom not to worry about replacing the furniture etc. Every Manual had been opened and left on the Truma System Boiler, the fridge, the stereo, the Battery box etc, so the work pattern was obvious and verifiable!

His number is 01592 774342 and address is Unit 3 Craig Mitchell House, Flemington Road, Glenrothes KY7 5QF. He is booked weeks in advance, but made a special effort to fit me in between existing appointments, in an effort to save my then imminent Ferry Crossing Booking

When I was beginning to despair that the problem could be traced and fixed he emailed me: ' Don't despair, I'm not, we've tackled much, much worse.
I'll catch up early next week when I have some answers. I'm off to switch off for the weekend.
Rest assured we will restore your confidence in your motorhome. Have a good weekend, Daryl.'

And he did! the bill for ECU purchase, recode, fault tracing, supplying and fitting a more powerful and replacement of a replacement Vehicle Battery was eye-watering, but worth it. No random, 'try fitting Component X, see if that works' scattergun approach. Just patient, methodical problem solving the old fashioned way

Sounds like the man unless someone can point me to a good closer option.
Anyone??
