has anyone been to Arran lately, are the water and toilet emptying facilities still closed at Blackwater foot? and if so were do you empty and fill up. thankyou:scared:

I think Fisherman has and I believe the two emptying facilities at Blackwaterfoot and Whiting Bay are still open. I believe all other toilets that are still open are off limits for emptying though.
