I just spotted this deal which might be of interest to those of you looking for a good deal on a satnav.
TOMTOM XXL UK, ROI AND EUROPE GPS SAT NAV. (0636926032308) | eBay
It's brand new and comes with a 12 month Argos warranty and Europe maps. Being the XXL it has a 5" screen
I can't think of any criticisms besides not having an expansion slot. So unless you aspire to having the full Truck mapping I would say this is a good deal.
(And no, I don't have any shares in Argos!)
