Anyone miss the blender when they're away???

I did have one. Worked well and was more powerful than I imagined it would be. Unfortunately so cheaply put together it fell to bits after about 15 uses.
Use a Zyliss now, which I was so impressed with I got one for home too.

Zyliss

We take an old wand blender maybe 15 year old, 150 watt on a 350watt inverter. This is useful even if it has its limits. We also found a Zyliss. We call it the chainsaw as the action is like starting a chainsaw. It works really well! but do not chainsaw frozen chickpeas as they blunted the blade. It was cheap enough to get another whole Zyliss as it works on sharpness.
The OP mini blender may or may not work. I often take a cordless Dewalt drill for other purposes. Somewhere on the internet I saw a simple diy blender drill attachment. There are lots of videos available.

I thanked the OP because he posted something that could be good for some people but I also carry a Nutribullet and a stick blender, I have three different size inverters so we don't buy cordless gadgets

I take my own 'blender' with me - all I have to do is whisk her up to speed.
