Have a look under 'European' > 'France' > 'Normandy'. Le Havre is in departement 76. You'll find a lot of places. Though I should not reccomend Le Havre itself. An excellent wilding place is top hill near the old lighthouse of 'Pointe de la Roque' (you have first to cross the 'Pont de Tancarville' -toll and mind the side winds-over the Seine from Le Havre)
