anyone stopped over (wilding) in or within walking distance of the centre of Harrogate?

I've parked in a the layby on the approach lane to the showground. Turn into the lane beside Sainsbury's and about half-way along on the left there's quite a large layby. There's virtually no traffic overnight as the road leads only the the CC campsite and Yorkshire Showground.
