Any camp around Haweswater (Lake District)

Hi! we're going over to the Lakes shortly (Feb) , around the bottom end of Haweswater (Mardale), wondered if anybody knows if its ok to stay overnight in the car park there (is there any 'No Overnight Parking' signs). Hope i've done this right, new to this site.

We wild camped right at the top of the lake last Friday night. Some of the road up is a bit narrow, but with plenty of passing places, the car park is fairly level with no signs stopping overnighting. We were the only one there all night, but the car park quickly filled up by lunchtime on saturday, I don't think you could really stay more than 1 night.
