I have felt really down the last couple of weeks not having a van, stupid I know but its the thought of having that freedom there. It completely changed our lives when we bought the campervan last year. This new van is just one up from the campervan with 'real life running water' and a toilet :lol-053: Oooo get me !! how posh am I :lol-053:. The nicest thing is though we didnt ge into debt, we have some money left over to do some bits and pieces, oh and its really cheap to insure. Will put some photos on when I get the chance first of all I have to do the womanly thing and do away with carpet and curtains they are a bit grim :scared:!!!

Peace of mind

Soooooooo pleased you dint get into debt for her Jac, once the novelty worn, you owuld have hated the van, you will enjoy this knowing you put your own personal touch to it, also i think with older vans, they have a story to tell, each little bump or mark adds to the character, and you dont have to tell me that feeling of being without a van, 3 month i was without mine, i was like a bear witha sore bottom lol, nice van btw, good solid things, keep their value

Well done:wave: Glad you've found one. It doesn't matter if its old or new it's a state of mind. I always prefer an older van myself that way you can put your stamp on it which I think your already doing:wave::drive:

Does this mean we will see the new van at Goring ?
Sue :D

Yes Sue we are looking forward to it .....we were always going to come up for the day in the car and hope that one of your lovely people would make us a nice cup of tea (cheeky) :lol-053: but now that we have our van I am sure we will use that.

Seea you then x

So glad you are sorted, I'm having a 'mare looking at vans at the moment so I know what you have been through!

Nice to hear you got sorted out, I agree with others an older van has character and a story to tell.

A van is a tool which allows you to visit places and leave with memories.
That is how I see mine,

But then again I have often been accused of a flawed thought process

Wooooooohooooooo!!!!!

I've just read all this out to Martin and we couldn't be happier for you!

:cool1::banana::cheers::rockroll: :drive:

How exciting Jac - bet you can't wait to put your own stamp on it and get back on the circuit again. What are you going to call her/him?

Really glad you have found something. We always seem to find things when we are least expecting it and not really looking.

yay nice one, thats fantastic news :banana:

are you able to come to the ladies meet?

Hi Lotty

Proabably not sadly:sad: I wish I could. I think the new van will be keeping us very busy for the next few months. I am stripping it back to bare literally !! and there is a small matter of me not being able to drive it :lol-053: I can only drive an automatic DOH !!! he does all the driving whilst I do all the skillfull navigating:eek:...or when I am not navigating I am the woman who's head is leaning against the windows snoring her head off :sleep-027: with dribble coming down my chin, give me a honk if you see me :lol-053: .......yep thats me !!
