Annual rally in May

I wonder if anyoycan help, I have paid for 5 days camping at the annual rally in May
and have not had any confirmation other tha I show as paid on the list. My question is do I just turn up
On the day or should I have had a printable pass or acceptance by now.

If you are shown as paid on the list then your payment has been accepted, and it is ok just to turn up :wave:

We are quite an informal group but lovely people. If you’ve paid just turn up and you will be greeted on arrival.

Hi Tweedy. No passes or anything formal... just turn up. It's always a good idea to keep an eye on the relevant forum threads in the day or so leading up to a meet. Any last minute info/directions/instructions, etc will be posted there - usually on the first page. When you get very close to the venue entrance, there's usually a sign or two posted on a gate/fence or something. Up to now, this has always been the big green W banner but maybe Phil has something new for Motorhomer?

If we start doing that Charlie, we definitely need to put you in charge of writing the invitations and blowing up the balloons :raofl:

We have no M flag for the Easter Anglesey meet so we will fly the big W one instead :bow:

Ok thanks, I will be bringing our tow car along so hoping there is enough space as we are going
further afield after the rally.
