Suggestions for sites open now south of Pompei down the Amalfi coast please? Thanks Nigel
 
park in site near pompei and hire a car, we had a smart car for £13 from sorrento for a extra fiver they will collect you and return to site, Andy
 
Amalfi coast closed to MH

We were there last spring. The main coast road is closed to motorhome. We camped at Pompei - Spartacus- would recommend, and used public transport to explore. Some long days out, but worth it.
 
Having been on a proper holiday to the Amalfi Coast last year and toured the area by coach. I would say that driving a motorhome around there would be a hair raising experience. I didn't see one car without a dent.
