Alpha Batteries

Just a big thanks to Alpha Batteries. Bought an 019 starter battery three years ago with a five year guarantee. It began to need top up charging when left for over a week with the alarm off, I tested it and sent the results to Alpha. Within 24 hours a replacement was on its way with no requirement to return the old one for testing. This was one of my concerns when buying on line but after this experience I would happily recommend Alpha. I am not associated with the company, just a satisfied customer.

I get all my batteries from Alpha and have done for the last 8 years or so. Good prices and no-nonsense customer service. A winning combination

I have personal experience of them going the extra mile replacing batteries for customers, sometimes when it was only a suspected problem just to make sure the customer was not impacted.

Not been too often as not needed that often (and I don't know how many batteries I have bought but must be in triple figures).

Handy if you get a replacement and not CHARGED, service on a PLATE & the ACID test of a good Co, especially as the old battery was not TERMINAL.

They must have had a change of policy then since I last used them approx 14/15 years ago. If so, good on them they needed to.

Full marks to Alpha. I had a series of problems with Lithium batteries purchased last year and this resulted in several exchanges of batteries until the issue was resolved finally.

They could not have been more helpful or supportive. Five star service in my experience.
