AJ & ZZ need to loose weight.

We were talking about going on a diet after new year, I have done one before, raising about £800 for the Search & Rescue Dog Assn.
We both decided that this years fundraising should go to another good cause,(Not AJ's Whisky fund either).
This time we are going to raise as much money as possible for Hope House Childrens Hospice, near Oswestry. The Community Fundraiser is our own Mrs Pioneer, (Angie), who sent me the details the other day.They are always looking for donations, and if you look at their website, you can donate, but also win up to £1000 a week on their Lottery.
I dont know about the Midlands Fatty, but the Northern one is aiming to lose as much as possible before the end of season meet at Hayfield at the end of October.
At the moment I weigh exactly 21 stone, so I could do with losing about 3 1/2 to 4 stone. Aj will be putting the fine details on either tomorow or sunday.
we need to raise as much as possible, so please do your best by donating a minimum of £5. or £2 per stone.
the website is Hope House(If you send your donations to Hope House, we cant keep track of the totals, so if possible, can you donate via AJ or myself).

When is the weight in guys? I think we need an offical start with some photos of the scales being used, but please not without clothes on.

Now for breakfast I feel a nice big fry up would be good ;)

Hi Both, we would back anyone with feet as sexy as that. So put us down for a tenner for each of you hitting your targets, or there about. to help you here is a heart diet which reallyworks. Problem with dieting is half of beer a week means you will blow it. So recon my money is safe. All the best Graham N Mary.

HEART INSTITUTE DIET
Must be followed to lose 10lb in 3 days.

1st day,
Breakfast. Black coffee or tea, half grapefruit, half slice of toast, 2
Teaspoons of Peanut butter.

Lunch. Half a cup of tuna, 1 slice of toast, tea or coffee.

Dinner. 2 slices of any type of cold meat (3oz.) 1cup of string beans,
1 cup of beetroot, and 1 small cup of vanilla ice cream.
2nd day,
Breakfast. 1 egg, half a banana, 1 slice of toast, tea or coffee.

Lunch. 1 cup of cottage cheese. 5, saltine crackers, (Tuc or Ritz).

Dinner 2 hot dogs, 1 cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana,
and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.
3rd day,
Breakfast. 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple, tea or
Coffee.
Lunch. 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast.

Dinner. 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of beetroot, 1 cup of cauliflower, half a
Honey-dew melon, half a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Do not substitute any of the above foods.
Please note, that tea or coffee must be black, no milk or sugar, or if you prefer water only. This diet works on chemical breakdown, and is proven.
Salt and pepper may be added, no other seasoning. This diet is to be used 3 days in any given week. You will loose 6-10 lbs after 3 days of dieting. You’ll lose 40lbs in a month if you keep to this diet. Eat sensibly, but don’t over do it. Toast to be dry, no butter or margarine. Tuna, String beans, and beetroot can be canned, or fresh. When eating sensibly on your non diet days, remember to avoid fat in foods. Eat fruit instead to fill up with. Always use sugar substitutes like canderel, and skimmed milk. This is the time when people fail in their dieting. You should see it as the start of an effort to slim. A normal diet takes 2 weeks before your body starts to use its fat reserves, and you drop 2 lbs a week afterwards. This is sustained dieting to be built on. If you do falter, remember to start again, your goal is just around the corner, and take pride in
the new you.

diet ! wish i lived with u

count me in for some money. lets see how much you loose to open up my wallet but i will guarentee a minimum.
i will also try to put on as much as you loose.

I got 1 side of one of my sponsor sheets filled out, but its early days yet.
Not many showing any interest on here is there, (thanks to those who have).
I had Mackeral salad for tea, no chips, no beer, I'm a good boy now.
