air conditioning unit

i have a blizzard 1300 air conditioning unit fitted to my elddis which says in manual it should blow warm air mine dosent any ideas why . ive turned dial to correct setting but just blows cold

could be short of gas ? or have you checked to see if it is heating and cooling [inverter ] type ,but they do take approx 25 mins to start heating in the colder weather.hope this helps

Sounds like the fault could be the room stat or the heating element.

thanks for info i will try it on longer the vans got a waranty if no luck i let them deal with it
