A few weeks ago I popped my engine called out recovery told on phone no live policy evident so if not found and I agree to pay bill if not found.received bill on Monday for recovery ,contacted aib ,found out I called the old number all my errors no one else ,aib said they would try n work something out .
Sent them receipt of bill ,got a message from them they are sorting it out and reimbursed me for the full amount

How many brokers etc would go to this length to rectify a numpties fault like this
I am a very very happy aib customer well done all at aib
