nearly right mate but you.ve got the HTTP bit in twice
go back in and edit it back space the first HTTP

Thanks Merlin. I think I copied it twice and this is the problem.

to post a link I just copy the web address from the www. but not the http:// and paste it in the link box. works ok for me!
