The kitchen sink tap in my Adria Twin keeps coming off. There appears to be a screw thread but it won't screw on and tighten up. It could be a push fit, thus allowing it to rotate. There is a rubber seal on the male end fitted to the sink but I can't push it on as far as the seal. Don't want to push too hard as I don't want to snap the whole think off the sink!

any thoughts, thanks David

Can't you gain access to the back of the sink to see what's going on?

Is this the spout you are referring to. Black O-ring plus a groove just above it?

If so - have a look on the rear of the part that is fixed to the sink. Look for a small grub screw. Push the spout back on and screw the screw in a little (may need to unscrew the screw a little if the spout won't push in)( Lubricate oring with Vaseline while you have it apart.) This engages in the groove and prevents it pulling out but allows it to rotate.

Maybe

We had a similar problem with the bathroom tap in our Adria Twin. It was push fit plastic below the tap.
We repaired this by pulling it all through from underneath to get at the fitting, using a mini clamp to get it together again and then hubby secured with (it seemed like) hundreds of zip ties (maybe 8 in reality) going this way and that to ensure it could never move again. Popped it back down the hole and rescrewed on the tap.
To access it we did have to remove an inspection board, but at least Adria had allowed for this.
I know this doesn't directly respond to your problem but might actually be similar. So our course of action may give you similar ideas. We are pretty sure there is an inspection cover in the cupboard below kitchen sink. Think we may have caused our own problem as we fitted a slightly more powerful pump to the Adria.
Hubby says thanks........... he will check our kitchen tap as well now!

Thanks - yes it was the spout I was referring to, just had another look, no grubscrew, so a different design. This time I turned the spout to a vertical position (so the force is directed downwards) pushed it hard and it snapped into place. So now back in place and rotating fine.
