ACSI dates grrrr

Maybe it's my Mac, but I can't put any dates into the ACSI card ordering form. It says they must be in MM DD YYYY form, but when you click on the boxes to set the dates they appear in DD MM YYYY form and you can't edit them. So the form fails and you get told to do it all again.

Anyone else had this?
