We have had an ACSI card for several years now and find it really useful to find good campsites for 15 euros or less. It's a great scheme BUT... whenever we have submitted feedback which is anything less than complimentary it never reaches their website.
We never submit anything that isn't 100% truthful but it is as if by giving genuine criticism we are upsetting the applecart for the company.
Surely they should be receptive to honest feedback good or bad otherwise, what is the point?
Is it just me or do you feel the same? Tripadvisor employ professional 'hotel guests' to write good reviews, Ebay is full of sychophants, Amazon sellers phone you up to try and get you to withdraw sincere comments. What is up with them?
