i got acer n35 pda/gps unit with tomm tom 5 on windows 2003mobile exel etc a freebie works ok got all the kit with it disks opsoftware and tom tom ok the battery shot in it debating wether to change battery or wire up a external battery just to keep it on stores stuff no problem ok maps a bit out of date but not worried about poi work on just have to setup every time i depower not a hassle as only takes a min still will work out as cheap sat nav if i change battery

Oldish hippy i,ve not got a clue about what you,ve said but can you help me I can POInt your wall,I can POInt out the problems with DRYROT,WETROT and can re-roof your house. the problem i have is my girlfriend (ALI CARRI the mad nit nurse) has downloaded the POIs on to her garmin but we dont know how to check that they are there. do we need to visit somewhere and check on the satnav .A grateful red ted , theres a drink in it for you cheers

thanks steco was having to scratch my head thought my post was off the planet sometimes but having read it twice do now understand that he wanted to check if his nit nurse had the poi on her garmin hope you sort them out lol
