https://ibb.co/album/3ybsSf We set of for Calais and then Spain 2009 , freezing cold at home and cold through France but a good trip none the less, we called in at the DUNNE de Pyla in France as we wanted to see it, worth the trip, massive moving sand Dunne, free overnight here, well worth seeing and a climb to the top, apparently in season they put wooden steps up it, the weather warmed up as we got further South, some of the places we over nighted at are no longer permitted , we have had the best years me thinks, the tram at Torre del Mar was great, it went all the way to Vellez Malaga and was planned for expansion, but that did not happen and it no longer exists, shame as it was cheap and fun to ride, it stopped half way at the big EROSKI shopping centre which was good for a day out, lots of eating and drinking places there whilst the Ladies shopped,Wild camping in Torre del Mar was good too right next to the parks and leisure centre, in our earlier trips there when we had a Caravan we stayed at a Campsite right on the beach, there are 2 campsites there if you want to use one, day parking is still allowed there , in fact friends we caught up with this year said they had actually overnighted in one of the side streets in Torre this year, Salobrena had good wild camping too not far off the sea front in an urbanisation we looked in there this year and thought we could stay there but decide against it, we just parked in the town and had a shop wander, there were folks from this Forum wilding in Salobrena, but I could not find the place they were at, 2 trips round the windy narrow streets looking for the spot and ending up in a very tight small village made me give up on looking for the wild place, I was sure I was on the right track but could not find it and my Sat Nav had died that day too, GRRRRR.hee hee, Nerja was a good wild camping place too , we stayed on a large central car park free no services there, we found it again this year but it is now 12 EUROS for 24 hours, cheap enough but we were wild camped at Torrox on the beach and had come to Nerja by bus for the day so that was OK Happy days,
